- Prologue -
“The LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden, and there He put the man whom He had formed. And out of the ground the LORD God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.” Genesis 2:8-9
In the beginning, when each man and woman stand in the garden, before the tree of knowledge of good and evil, making the choice to gain their own way in life or remain at one with God and his plan for them, Satan is already there to proceed with his plan for the entrapment of their souls. Some choose God's presence and his way for them and move on to a higher spiritual plane to learn and grow while others fall into the birth cycle of the physical world in rebellion, to learn the hard lessons they need to one day escape it. |

Chapter One - Azure
“ Damek, come quickly. The Master is asking for you.” The tall young man called to his brother standing among the other students waiting to enter the Temple for morning classes. Damek, not so tall but strong of stature and gentle featured, turned quickly. His deep brown eyes flickered in surprise and hope.
“Thank you Pearl, I will go immediately. “ He smiled broadly at Pearl and nodded, then with a wave of his hand, he wound his golden colored energy flows into a burst of light and disappeared within the dissolving rays. His heart was pounding as he thought of possible reasons for the Master to seek his presence. Maybe, just maybe it was time.
The Temple was small and served only about twenty students. Everything in Damek’s world of Azure was personal and familiar and focused on each individual son and what he needed to grow and progress. Damek and his brothers were deeply connected and committed to each other, their Master and their lessons. They loved and shared daily life in abundance and had want of nothing.
In an instant, Damek stood before the door of the Master’s room and sent his mind-intention to let his presence be known. Of course the Master would know anyway but it was a courtesy here to always reveal your intent. Sometimes the Master would let you wait awhile if he had something he wanted you to contemplate beforehand. Damek realized that this was now happening to him. He let his mind rest and flow outward to regain memories of his life so far in Azure, letting the thought-pictures appear and feeling the emotions and feelings they inspired.
Soon a vision of Pearl appeared and Damek smiled as he saw different pictures of their youth, when they sometimes soared into multiple dimensions for days, but it might have been years for they seemed like an eternity. Their adventures were many and varied. They encountered many sons, some of them not so friendly and at times had to use all their facilities to escape. On these escapades they learned there were dimensions where evil had evolved. Damek grimaced as he recalled a certain occasion when he and Pearl had almost been lost in a strange, vicious draconian world. It felt like they lived an eternity there and had many hard trial to bear but they gained strength and wisdom together. They learned to put the other’s well being before their own, guarding each other’s safety through various dangers. Much knowledge had been gained by both in that unusual place.
Damek shifted his position and hoped the Master was ready to see him. He wanted to know if his time in Azure was finished. Well, he would know soon. Many of his friends had left but he and Pearl still remained. Damek and Pearl were young as son’s go and still had much to learn and experience. The Master closely monitored their adventures but they were good learners and seldom made the same mistake twice. Maybe they were ready to move on. ..or maybe only one of them.
Another picture appeared in his mind. It was Mur, a good friend and somewhat of a rascal brother who he also adventured with at times. He remembered Mur’s eyes twinkling as he whispered to Damek something he had been told by an older son who was supposed to know more then the younger ones.
“Do you know what a woman is, Damek?” Damek said no and asked him to elaborate.
“It is a being that someday we may see. There’s a world where there are many of them. They are beautiful.” Mur rolled on the soft grass and his eyes closed dreamily.
“The son told me that there is love that is not like ours. We love each other and the Master but to love a woman is different. He said it was the most wonderful thing there is.” Damek was impressed.
“is it true?”
“I believe so. Why would the son not speak truth?” Mur seemed sure there was indeed such a being as a woman. From that day on, the thought of this magnificent creature called “woman” occasionally crossed Damek’s thoughts. He wondered if maybe someday he might be so fortunate as to actually run across one in his travels.
As Damek waited for the Master to invite him in, he had a feeling something remarkable was about to happen. When he felt the familiar quiet and kind energy of the Master begin to surround him, he knew his wait was over. He dissolved into the gentle love of the one who he had known as Master for the entirety of his life. There were no words, neither as sound or thought, only impressions and visions as he basked in the presence of the one who cared for him and guided him on his journeys. He didn’t remember a time when there was no Master. He had always been there for Damek and all others who inhabited Azure. He knew that someday he would leave Azure behind never to return but hoped the Master would still be with him wherever he might go. Chapter Two - Transition |
