Chapter Eight - Damek and Neveah
The time came when Damek finally met the woman, Neveah in the Garden. Their complete joining was beyond any comparison either of them could ever possibly make. Suffice it to say that they were completely fulfilled together in their world with such a joy that it seemed impossible for anything to be more wonderful or satisfying than what they already had. The only sadness was in the eyes of the young Master who sensed, but did not yet know personally, sorrow and disappointment.
In the midst of the Garden there was only one creature that Damek had felt an unpleasant feeling toward during the naming of the animals. Beautiful at first glance, with shimmering scales along its long narrow body, this creature had an alluring eye and a calculating demeanor that no other of the animals carried. Damek had backed off from its presence after giving it the name, “Serpent”, wondering why he was sometimes desirous to be near it but repelled at the same time. He didn’t know then that it was through this Serpent that the Dark Master would enter the Garden and try to deceive him and Nevaeh and carry them below to the lower dimension of the earth planes.
“Good morning my beautiful Neveah”. Damek’s eyes lit up as he saw her bringing him some freshly picked fruit and a drink of water carried in a bowl made of leaves tightly woven together. He was proud that she was adept at such inventions and his admiration of her knew no bounds.
“You must let me collect food for you next time. It is my pleasure to give you anything you desire.” He smiled and they settled down in a quiet shady place to eat. After they were finished, they held each other and rested in a wonderful union of joined spirit and consciousness. Each day brought exciting new revelations into the personalities of each and new wonders as they shared every aspect of themselves with each other, even as they journeyed into parallel universes where they lived different lives and had different tests simultaneously that they would forget when they returned to the Garden.
One day, in the midst of Paradise, there came an uncomfortable rift in the gentle current of their lives. It was what future people of the Earth plane would call a virus in the software of the program. It began with the woman who perhaps the Serpent felt was the weaker of the two because she was created out of the man. Whatever the reason, the Dark Master, through the body and mind of the Serpent, began to work his plan on her first simply because it almost always worked easier that way.
For many thousands of years this very same plan had worked sufficiently to populate the lower physical world and give him a place to use his powers to make slaves of them for his purposes. Now he was here once again, to defeat the Creator and the Masters of Light and bring down this new pair into tribulation and slavery. The central idea of the plan was always to divide those he wanted to control. So he made Neveah dissatisfied right in the middle of Paradise! ...Chapter Nine - Temptation |
